About Dr. Chan
Do Chan, MD, MBA, built Comprehensive Pain Management on his abiding belief that managing a patient’s pain allows them to live a fuller, happier life. With over 10 years of experience, Dr. Chan truly brings a knowledgeable and well-rounded approach to his work.
Dr. Chan graduated with honors from Boston College with a bachelor’s degree in biology in 1996, before completing his medical degree and MBA from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston in 2001. He subsequently completed his residency in anesthesia at prestigious Harvard Medical School in Boston in 2005 and, a year later, completed his pain medicine fellowship back at Tufts University School of Medicine.
Board certified in both anesthesiology and pain medicine, Dr. Chan has served as the medical director of the pain clinic at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, Massachusetts, since 2006. In 2007, Dr. Chan co-founded Comprehensive Pain Management to further his passion for helping people manage their pain. He’s the principal owner as well as the chief executive officer. The practice has locations in Attleboro and Franklin, Massachusetts, and in South Kingstown and Warwick, Rhode Island.
